Lactarius deliciosus

Lactarius deliciosus (Saffron Milk Cap or Red Pine Mushroom - Polish : Rydz or Mleczaj Rydz) is an edible mushroom from the Russulaceae Family. In Poland it is common and it is considered one of the most delicious mushrooms. It tastes best sauteed in butter.
