Conservation

We recommend consuming within a few days, at most 2 or 3. Store in a cool, dry place, if you are planning to eat it soon, or in the refrigerator with a temperature between 3-4 ° C.

Wrap the truffles in a cotton cloth and store inside a glass or plastic container with rice (helps retain moisture). You can also wrap the truffles in aluminum foil, place them in a glass jar and freeze them.

General information

Fresh black truffles sale occurs exclusively in their collection period, which is generally between December and March. It’s reserved exclusively for customers resident in the areas where the courier DHL guarantees delivery within 24 hours. 

Our cut-off time for processing orders is 2pm.

We do ship Monday to Friday by DHL Express, with deliveries the next working day. If you need your order to be delivered before 9am (Mon to Fri) or on a Saturday, please choose the right option during checkout. Orders received during the closing time will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Delivery takes place within 24/48 hours after order fulfillment.

Truffles packaging is designed to preserve the freshness and integrity of the product for 48 hours, if there are problems that would postpone the shipment beyond 24 hours.

Prices may vary on Mondays of each week.

Bianchetto Truffle

It is white truffle’s poor cousin, for which it is often mistaken by non-expert noses. Less smelly than white truffle and generally smaller, it has a marbled gleba with whitish and white-reddish veins on a brown-reddish background.
