Description
The fleecy milk-cap is a common and widespread mushroom, distinctive by its enormous size. Despite its conveniently large size, this mushroom is considered inedible. Both its common name, Fleecy milk-cap, and its Latin name, L. vellereus, refer to the soft, fleece-like surface of the cap.
