Description

A makeshift bamboo bridge straddles the headwaters of the Diaman River in the Caraballo Mountain range in Capintalan, Carranglan, Nueva Ecija. The bridge leads to one of the biggest micro-hydroeletric project in the Philippines that was installed by PRRM.
