Flammulina Velutipes - (Enoki, Enokitake) - commercial variety - popular mushroom, very tasty, and often commercially cultivated. It tolerates very low temperatures well and can be grown even in winter. The undergrowth grows at temperatures of 21-24°C. The fruiting body is formed at low temperatures of 10-15°C and is very suitable for growing during the winter season. It is grown on hardwood sawdust, growing in clumps.

As a rule, it is grown in complete darkness to form snow-white fruiting bodies. We recommend growing with increased CO2 content, which causes thin, long stems and small caps.

Packaging: 10 ml of liquid mycelium and 1 sterile needle.

Storage: 4-5 months at room temperature, or 10-12 months in the refrigerator
