its native range is NE. India to New Guinea.

Vietnamese  name:

Dây cám.

Habitat: 

Usually grows along canals in tidal areas to mangrove forests, common in the South of Vietnam.

Uses: 

In Thailand, the leaves are cooked thoroughly to eat with curry, people also use the fruit to make jam.
